PAYMENT POLICY

Please take note;
Due to previous experiences with
payments not received from
various customers we have now
implemented this new policy,
under no circumstances will this
policy change.
Once a client has decided what
he wants to order he is welcome
to do an internet transfer (we
will ONLY give banking details
over the phone – not with e
mails) or he can deposit cash or
a cheque.
PLEASE NOTE;
If you deposit a cheque your
order will be kept on hold till
all funds are cleared, and if
you transfer with internet
banking your goods will ONLY be
posted when the money shows in
the account, if you fax a
deposit slip this has no merit,
we will ONLY post your goods
once payment shows in the
account.
Unfortunately because of some
people who try to steal instead
of paying we have no choice but
to now protect ourselves.
This is the policy of Feather &
Fur and no comment or discussion
further will be entered into.

When a client’s money is cleared
the items will be posted.
