This is my model, it provides me with great results, I like the idea that I can read on the remote what sounds I want, I don’t have to remember the numbers any longer, it is so much easier.
No moving parts. The sounds (up to 200!) are stored in permanent 100 year memory. No motors, belts, gears, or cogs. Completely self-contained and hand held. No sound cards, cassettes, speakers or wires to fuss with. The FX5 features dual speakers, each with its own amplifier, for improved frequency response and increased volume--an industry first! One speaker is located in the front of the unit, and the other is located in the rear, and each is controlled with its own switch. YOU control whether you want the front speaker to play, the rear speaker to play, or BOTH speakers to play at the same time. You can also plug in an external speaker (offered by FOXPRO), and have all 3 speakers play at the same time. Each unit comes standard with 50 calls (extra calls up to 200 are available).

The built in USB port allows for instant download of sounds—no reader/writer necessary. The FX5 is designed to play mp3, uncompressed wav files, and fxp (FoxPro’s own proprietary file type!) for the highest quality sound ever! The FX5 also comes standard with FoxPro’s ALL NEW long-range TX-200 remote control--the industry's best remote control. Features of the TX200 remote include the ability to instantly change sounds, 100 step volume controls with quick step for ultra smooth transition in volume changes, a pause/mute feature, and the ability to remotely control FoxPro’s Jack-in-the-Box decoy. As well as command and play up to 200 sounds, 4 custom presets for your favorite sounds and volume levels, recall button to switch between 2 sounds, full graphic backlit LCD that displays the name of the sounds- no more need for sound labels! New rotary sound knob for quick selection of sounds, volume indicator on transmitter, elapsed timer on transmitter for determining length of stands, etc. Jack on transmitter to update sound lists from main unit, battery indicator and mute function indicator. New for the FX5 is the ability to control up to 3 FoxPro’s independently from one transmitter. Other FX5 features include an external audio jack, auxiliary jack (decoy), low battery detector, and a charge jack, which will double as a plug in for an optional power pack (also offered by FOXPRO). Easy operation even with gloves. Excellent low temperature operation, down to -40 degrees. The FX5 will operate from 8AA alkaline batteries, but the optional NiMH batteries are strongly recommended for optimum performance. And, as always, FoxPro’s FX5 is made in the USA!

OPERATION MADE EASY
For easy operating instructions, simply turn on the caller and put it in the location you desire. Now turn on the remote with a switch at the back of the remote ( YES a good idea) and turn the selector switch till you see the sound you want, then depress that selector switch to send sound to the caller. Simple! It has a battery & volume viewer so you can see exactly the life of battery left and you can see your volume level, also I love that you can set 4 sounds you like for easily getting them in a hurry.
