Light shy animals? Need a dimmer? You have come to the right place!  For the quality you won’t match it easily, not to talk about the price

Well cats especially are light sensitive, but to some people they seem to like using a white light without a red lens on a dimmer, well whatever you claim to work for you a dimmer will be a necessity!

Here are two MAJOR pointers that make our dimmers a cut above the majority of the rest (excluding the price factor, our dimmers are really well priced in today’s market). R395-00.

POINT 1:

Many dimmers on the market do not show full power on a metre if turned on, they shine at a lower output and this is a problem, so unless the dimmer is totally disconnected the torch will not give you full power when turned on fully. Our dimmers run at a full charge when used at maximum level, they dont appear less bright than normal.

POINT 2:

Also, many dimmers are made that if you run the power lead to a wrong terminal it will burn out or fuse, ( bad dimmers) – these again are NOT like that, and they can be crossed over and they will not burn out, and in the avent they do it has a fuse to protect the unit. So you are basically using a dimmer that protects the user from incorrect wiring.

GENERAL:

Dimmers are well used with night vision, they help to a large extent, and you can use night vision binoculars and then when you see the jackal approach swop to a rifle light on its dimmest, then up that brightness till you can see well enough to shoot.

Dimmers have a place in a night hunters arsenal, it is just a matter of what the caller prefers, some guys just raise the light a little to not place a critter in the centre of the light, but the choice is yours – .

Die ander sy is, wanneer die dimmer heel oop gedraai is sal die lig net so helder brand soos wanneer die lig direk op die battery gekoppel is aangesien die "voltage drop " oor die dimmer met die draad wat ek voorsien slegs 240mV is. Die dimmer is ontwerp om 15A te hanteer. Jy kan die positief en negatief op die battery omdraai en al wat sal gebeur is dat die lig nie sal dim nie, wanneer jy dit weer reg op koppel sal die dimmer weer 100% reg werk.  Indien jy die dimmer gekoppel het en die drade "short" sal die "fuse" blaas. Vervang die "fuse" en die dimmer werk weer 100%
